OMG I am in heaven right now!!
Today I followed this Italian Breaded Pork Chops recipe I found at Allrecipes.com. Since I don't like frying so much, I skipped the frying part and baked them for 40 minutes.
Believe me they were delicious!!
To accompany these beauties I also made Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce also from Allrecipes.com .
I am sure Mr. Belik will be very happy when he tries this meal and for sure will be a repeat dinner next week! By making small healthy changes food can still be tasty and delicious. My healthy change to this recipe was skipping the frying step!
